A Missouri native - The Show Me State - I tap into a lifetime of learning via athletics and life, more than two decades of television experience and a decade of organizational leadership, to deliver encouraging, thought-provoking and - I certainly hope - amusing presentations and writings. They encourage others - home, work and community - to effectively deal with change, challenge and adversity.
Working with small businesses trying to become superior to their former selves and rise above the fray, is McIntosh's mission as a business development representative for Haystack Colorado. It's a Denver-based company that helps rock-solid small businesses raise awareness of their good works.
In addition, along an interesting journey through life - home, work and community - Mark has been blessed with many great mentors, teachers and coaches. He taps into their wisdom and shares some of his own in helping others - home, work and community - conduct themselves in ways that honor them, nurture those dependent upon them and add value to the communities they serve. That's one of the cornerstone philosophies of Mark's speaking, writing and coaching and is offered to small businesses and others in what others many describe as "an encouraging, thought-provoking and entertaining way."
Finally, drawing on more than two decades as a television personality and motivational speaker, Marks works on media awareness, presentation skills and messaging with corporate executives, athletes, politicians and other high-profile community leaders.
Some refer to me as the "Comeback Coach." My children, I have a wonderful son and daughter now 20 and 13, call me "weird."
